Payment and Shipping

The following conditions apply:

Domestic Deliveries (Germany):

 • Shipping costs are charged at a flat rate, using only the shipping fee from the most expensive shipping class once. We do not combine different shipping fees.
 For stickers, tote bags, canvas bags, and calendars: a flat fee of €2,75 is charged for nationwide shipping.

For mugs, T-shirts, candles, surprise boxes, B-grade boxes, and festival packages: a flat fee of €5 is charged for nationwide shipping.

For cakes: a flat fee of €6,99 is charged for nationwide shipping. Note that shipping for cakes is available exclusively within Germany.

​International Deliveries: • Shipping costs are charged at a flat rate, using only the shipping fee from the most expensive shipping class once. Delivery Times: • Unless otherwise stated in the offer, delivery within Germany occurs within 1–5 days, while international deliveries occur within 3–21 days after the contract is concluded (if payment in advance is agreed, the delivery time starts after your payment instruction). • Please note that no delivery is made on Sundays and public holidays. • If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship them together in one package, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time.
