Domestic deliveries (Germany):
Shipping costs are flat-rate, and only the most expensive shipping class is charged once. We do not combine different shipping rates.

We charge a flat rate of €2 for shipping throughout Germany.
Mugs, T-shirts, candles, surprise box, B-stock box, festival packages:
We charge a flat rate of €5 for shipping throughout Germany.
Cake:
We charge a flat rate of €5 for shipping throughout Germany. Shipping is only available within Germany.
For orders over €119, we offer free shipping.
Deliveries abroad:

For orders over €119, we offer free shipping to other countries.
Delivery times
Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, delivery of the goods will take place within Germany within 1 – 5 days, and for deliveries abroad within 3 – 21 days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the date of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship them together unless we have agreed otherwise. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item you ordered with the longest delivery time.

Delivery periods
